Non Sampire PVM template/gear

Can someone help me put a template together? Here's my current profile:

Str: 115
Dex: 110
Int: 25

Swords 110 / 110
Anat 100 / 100
Tactics 100 / 100
Healing 96 / 110
Resist 82.5 / 100
Parry 75 / 100
Chiv 80 / 100 (Locked)
Bushido 57 / 100

Any ideas on arties or gear? Currently I have hobbled together an all 70s suit (with some help from jewelry). Tell me if you think I'm looking okay bonus-wise. What should I focus on increasing? Eventually I want to get a 70s suit without the jewelry crutch.

HCI 15
DCI 40
HP Regen 2
Reflect Phys Damage 21

Also, have some throwaway bonuses: FCR 1, LMC 12

I have the Ancient Samurai Helmet, Royal Leggings of Embers and Heart of the Lion (I prefer the metal armor look). For weapons I have the Righteous Anger, the Holy Sword for undead and Soul Seeker. I have a nice shield with 15 HCI & 10 DCI... do shields screw with Parrying?

Also, I'm poor. Only about 4 mil to my name. I need to start being more effective in PVM so I can save up for the 120s get better gear.

Your thread title says "non sampire". Does this mean you are opposed to converting the character or a sampire or you are willing to consider it? That tempers any recommendations we give.

And actually, after doing more reviewing of the forums here... I think I may try an ABC Archer. There's a lot of good information already out there that I can go by...

As someone who resisted making a sampire for a long time, I have to say that if you are solo PvMing, the bush dexxer can't hold a candle to the sampire. Once you get the technique down, it's almost bulletproof.

The gear I run on my bush fencer is about the same as I run on my sampire. Only real difference is the fencer runs the HOtL and stormgrips, and the sampire runs a RBC and crafted gloves. Bush runs bandages, other carries pots. Weapons are very similar since you will still be casting CW & EoO, plus LS.

If you plan to fight higher level mobs (e.g., champs, peerless), you'll be much happier with an ABC archer (or sampy). Straight bush/dexxer just doesn't make the cut.
