Non SA monsters that drop gargoyle items?

I have noticed that some monsters that doesn't live in the gargoyle lands drop gargoyle items - water elementals for instance.

Has someone noticed gargoyle items drop from other creatures in Ilshenar / Trammel / Malas / Tokuno ?
