It's Locked down in my house on Legends: Inside Luna walls near north entrance. House is decorated to look destroyed. It has green, purple, and orange vendors in front.

I figure this is easier than responding to the countless PMs I received, so I apologize for not responding to everyone individually on questions.

All high bids have been updated. I forgot to mention I have two two-story statues so the 2nd highest offer will be used as the selling price for both, if that makes sense (not really fair to sell one for a higher price when I forgot to mention I had two in the first place), so if I have a bid for 200 mil and one for 180, both will be sold for 180.

I also added a new item that was set aside for a friend who no longer wants it: Robe of Love (Legends event item from a year ago, 8 exist)

It is 10:30p Atlantic time now. I'll be checking my PMs tomorrow at 9:00 in the morning. Any new offer will be updated. Any item without a new offer will be sold to the current highest bidder.

I PMed JADE on 2/27/10 for the robe of love and he/she didn't respond to my offer so I PMed him/her again. Then he/she replied they didn't recieve my offer so I resent it that was on 3/1/10. I haven't heard a word since.

I didn't even know about this thread until tonight. I'm sorry but IMHO this is a whole new low in GREED!

Secondly advertising the same items in two trade forums at the same time is 100% against the trade Forum rules.

If you'll look on the Trade East forum he/she was only taking offers...he/she NEVER EVER said anything about a auction. I even asked him/her flat out how much he/she wanted for it. he/she said to make an offer.

I will take my business else where.

I would have paid as much as 500 mil for that Robe of love but you can kiss my little purple Elf-hiney and my gold Buh-bye!

last communication I had with Jade was on 3/2, and accounting for time of day that makes it a bit more than two days ago ~~ real life will sometimes get in the way, and it seems that a few here are more than tad impatient

just my two cents, but I think he's just trying to sell, not scam.... and because we've all become so lazy and don't go any further than Luna to look for goodies it makes sense that a Luna house was bought for the purpose of sale

I could be totally wrong, time will tell.... just seems so impolite to jump all over someone because the sale isn't being handled the way you expect it to be

I have to agree here. I talked with JADE the other night, and he/she said they were quitting because of school. The program they described to me sounded like it involved a LOT of time, so perhaps patience is justified? I bid on the scaffold, and unfortunately it was sold already. I do know the scaffold and statues are no longer displayed at the house, so perhaps a meet up with the buyers is forthcoming. Like DevilsOwn said, I too could be totally wrong, and only time will tell.

The transaction for the Robe was nothing but smooth, thanks again Jade for that. A little bit of trust required on both sides, all was well. I edited out some of my earlier posts as they were made more out of frustration than anything else.

Sorry Prime, but I will certainly keep you in mind if I ever decide to sell.
