Okies i have already seen some of the new simple 'trick or treat' items for 50k each on Europa Shops in Luna etc etc.. crazy but true- as u only need to say the words 'trick or treat ' to a npc ....
So lets make a spolier list so nobody gets ripped off by the cowboys!!
Hallowseen 2008 Trick or Treat (simply say to npcs)..

Sicarii is a giant spider she spawns large cocoons which, if left uncut by a blade, will bring forth Dread Spiders. Once she is dead you will receive a Venom Sac and a Spinneret. The spinneret is used to make A Spiderweb Deed, a large spiderweb decoration for your house. You can loot the 10 required Gossamers from the Death Spiders, Drones and Sicarii herself. She will respawn every 3-5 minutes. You may return as many times as you wish to fight her now that the quest is completed.

Bats (decor item) black or brown-in the graveyard on the red "cursed" npcs, spectral armor, and a shadow fiend the unseen.
Conjurer's Trinket (talisman)-on skeletal lich corpses.
Conjurer's Grimoire (mage book)-on skeletal lich corpses.
Sicarii Loot drops=
"Small" (labeled as such) Spiderweb that is occasional rare loot off Sicarii. It is commonly being referred to as the "medium" web, as it is smaller than the spinneret web, but larger than the "small" web from trick or treating.
Venom Sac(can be used on the totem to stop the graveyard spawn)
Spinneret.(used to make the big web with 10 gossammers)
Gossammers(10 reqd to make the big web with the spinneret)
