No trade in changes but does that mean no EVENT advance?

I understand the delay. Thats life.

But I was wondering if someone could clarify if the EVENT itself is staying AS-IS over the weekend. I was thinking maybe the turn in and other fixes are delayed but the EVENT itself might still progress in someway.
