No, it was the actual server birth rare. I still have Atlantic's in my bank vault but there are some 10 others from other shards potentially still out there. I put it in one of Brian's auctions once but it didn't sell.
The one you have pictured came from a hut in the swamps once per month through 2001 at least though I don't think it has spawned in a very long time. The server birth faces the opposite direction than the monthly. To confuse matters further there are other thicker versions out there too that are pretty common. In the end it's just hay but that's the history of it.
