Well considering the minimum bid increment is 10m, and the items are currently 0, the minimum winning bid would be 10m. This would be to prevent someone bidding 500gp and the next bid would need to be 10m + 500gp.

Ah, OK so they aren't NO reserve. There is a 10 M reserve. I got confused by the title. Which insinuates there is NO RESERVE. You probably want to change that. But all good. Thanks for the clarification.
