No Recall to Felucca?

Hey all,

So forgive me if this has been covered already, but;

suddenly I cannot recall into Fel. I can recall OUT of fel but not in. Now that just seems, at least, backwards. I thought we could recall in and out of Felucca?

(I know there's some debate about whether or not that should be the case, but my question is have the rules changed suddenly?)

If you were trying to recall into an active VvV town it won't allow you.

What area in Fel where you trying to recall into?

Ah! That could be it, because it seemed awfully random. I was trying to recall into a couple of towns..Skara was one. I thought it might have been part of the latest patches. Thank you for the response!
