No power scrolls for Test server?

Was looking for them there, and could not find the clicky that gives PS,
Looks like it was removed? Or there is another way to get them there?

Have to ask them to return it.

they took it away when they took down the endless journey gate.
And I asked them to return it, because people were wanting to use them for pets.
It still hasn't been put back
so you might have to ask at the meet and greet tomorrow
