No Exodus Dungeon on Test Center?

Title says it all, went to go get some keys to test out the masteries while fighting him only to find the entrance blocked.

Did you try all the entrances? The ones near the northwest corner are not blocked, nor is the one on the west (back) side of the southwest corner.
