Ninjitsu moves affected by tactics?

Just a quick question I could not find the answer to anywhere.

Many Ninjitsu moves say they are based off of stealth and ninjitsu...
specifically Surprise Attack, Ki Attack, and Death Strike.

Is the Defence penalty of Susprise Attack affected by tactics?

Is the damage bonus of Ki Attack multiplied by Tactics or anything?

Does Death Strike damage rely only on Stealth/Ninjitsu/Tracking, or does tactics play a significant role in it's damage?

I can't answer all your questions, but I'm pretty certain that tactics doesn't modify death strike damage.

Thanks - that was the main one I was interested in. I am working on a Mage/Ninja character.
