Ninja template

I'd like to have a pvm ninja.
My skills will be
120 ninja
120 archery ( or fencing?)
115 tactis
100 hide
100 stealth
100 anatomy
80/85 healing with jewels ( i've only 710 of skill cap).
For recall i'll use runebooks and for heal me potions and healing.
Is it a good template?

my pvm/pvp ninja is this
120 stealing
120 archery
100 hiding, snooping, stealth, ninjitsu
90 magery, tactics

i use shadow legs, burglars bandanna and jewelery that adds skills.
i use a spell channel bow and cast spells while shooting arrows.

for pvm with no pvp id drop stealing and snooping for healing and anatomy.

Stealing and snooping!? what is it worth for?
Are u speaking about a ninja or a thief?
I think chivalry will be better than healing now (specially with a stealth character that usually do not croosheal, i think)
Fencing with poisoning will be a good option if you have patience enough

Long ago i had a stealth warrior with lots of deadly poisoned katanas (poisoned by a gm alchemist-poisoner) (in the second age, before ninjas and other expansions), when any weapon could be poisoned, and regardless of my weak leather armor (for that age), i killed full-armored warriors in 2-3 seconds
