Is there a secret to changing their color.. I tried tokuno and stainging and can not change the color.. HELP!

was the color not changing on screen or paperdoll? the reason i ask as there was problem with this(for glasses) when it was on test. they fixed so color showed up on screen, but still didn't show up on paperdoll. hadn't rechecked to see if the dyed(stained) glasses on paperdoll changed to correct color, after the pub, though
stainging = staining = new pigments
hm i know ive changed old glasses w/ tokuno dyes
