On Great Lakes there is at least one Town Criers (it's in Luna) advertising the Treasures of Tokuno III event. I'm assuming this isn't just one Town Crier on one shard, but rather at least a few Town Criers on most or all of the shards.
It was a nice, under-rated touch to the event.
It would be really cool if players would get into the habit of asking the Town Criers for "news" again....It's a good way to let players who aren't on the boards, and may not even pay attention to the patch screen or go to the Herald!!, at least know there's something going on.
