would definitely be worth a bit if it wasn't a radiant scimitar

Radiant scimitars are horrible.

True, but generally those types tend to go for weapons with hit leeches.

True, and when I ran that template, I was glad of it. I got a similar radiant scimitar about a year ago for about 200k (had DCI instead of HCI). With my wraith, I soloed Rend with it.
