I saw this in this event for the undeads:
Exquisite Double Axe
Hit life leach 81%
Hit mana leach 50%
Hit stamina leach 50%
Hit lightning 50%
Undead slayer
100% Fire damage.
Reforged (minor).

What are the exact steps to make this?

Buy or craft 100 fire (if you're a paladin not needed )then imbue its typical of all crafted weapons

I'll add in get a whetstone for removal of damage increase which is how it has 5 mods.

dont waste a whetstone for this axe no need to be exceptionnal quality if you want no damage increase on the weapon you can buy axe from vendor and reforge them

for your question its imbued with imbuying skill all 5 mods only need ingredients
