Interesting piece..only issue. Make sure your armor is exceptional before you reforge..the resists are extremely low for anyone to be temped to buy..but I could be wrong..unless of course it's shame loot..and then I apologize hehe!

Yeah it's shame loot. Note the "lesser artifact" tag at the bottom. I've had similar parts but as you say the resists let them down :-(

yah its a shame/cove artie can be enhanced but resist not gonna be great its biggest down fall
