Nexus deed quest - still do-able?

Ok Val Reg Tor is now blocked so cant use the rope in the corner, the other passages I knew seem to be blocked by rocks so how do you get to area to do the quest?

You can access Exodus through the main entrance south of the desert area. That entrance is open again.

Aye, the passage south of Ver Lor Reg is open.

yes, but can the quest be done? I took a pre-publish kit that had about 2 hours left on it on Wed., and couldn't get any of the nexus to give me the puzzles.

Yes, i got new Tool kits few days ago and used it on the nexus. It all still works (I do play in EC )
