It's daylight saving here tonight, so I'll see if it updates for Auckland

Also, London (UK) is not specifically GMT. I think they are in BST at the mo (GMT+1) unless it ended already.

Default displayed time of each post on Stratics is usually PDT in day saving time and PST in winter. This has been automatically changed except at the beginning of day saving period of the last year when USA changed its system. I think it will be able to be automatically toggled...

Unfortunately the boards is a seperate entity to the site. The boards can be set to display posts in your local time through your 'user cp' options.
The little cut/paste java script I've put into the menu will have to be adjusted manually as needed. I've adjusted them all, spliting 'London' out from 'GMT' for the 6 months of the year when they don't match. Hopefully they're right now

When I select Tokyo, it will be displayed one hour faster than normal. When I select "local time", it displays correctly. Time in Japan is not changed according to day saving time, so Tokyo shouldn't be changed.

But isn't it too troublesome to adjust it twice a year manually?

Sorry, however, I can find no solutions for it.

I have to manually adjust every shard's calendar linking every month. I think I can manage the clock twice per year, at least when I manage to learn where and when the daylight adjustments are.
A more complex Java script might be more convenient, but it also might make loading the page much slower. I can live with tweaking it a bit.

Very nice. Could you add the date to it. Depending where you are at it could be the next day (early AM) or the day before (late PM) and the location you are looking up.

It makes me horribly mad that the map is missing anime or manga from what Japan-like area produces.

When I choose local time, it shows up as 8:07 am right now (which is correct) but when I choose Sydney (for example) it shows as 9:07 am, but it would be 8:37am Sydney time =)

I think it's just getting confused cos I'm in a half hour timezone =)

Really DO appreciate it being there though! =D
