In Truth, Courage and Love, Lord Ironhorse and Lady Leeda gave of themselves to each other in a Ceremony of Virtues on Saturday, February 14th, 2009. Standing for Leeda was Dakota Moonstar of F*V. Standing for Ironhorse was Dragon Edge of F*V.
Many friends were gathered in love and friendship as Leeda was walked down the isle by Lord Myrkrid and given away by Sinns both of F*V. Looking stunning in white she joined Ironhorse at the alter where EM Quantum was prepared in matching attire. We all listened respectfully and smiled with joy as their vows and rings were exchanged until finally Quantum asked us all to share in the mantra of Truth Courage and Love: Vel, Cor, Amo.
After the ceremony we were elevated to the rooftop waterfall setting where Lady Kariny created a feast fit for kings amongst the beautiful decorations Fred had on display for the wedding couple. Toasts were made and love was celebrated. There are few people we interact with daily that exhibit the qualities of the virtues as Leeda and Ironhorse have. How fitting this ceremony of virtues tie them together as one as it is through the virtues this community of friends we have are tied to them.
