On the evening of April 1, 2010, three of the Town Guards, Guard Leithia, Guard Ric Flair, and Guard Alfred, requested to speak with their lead Garrison officer, Corporal Brackus. As the three gathered before the Corporal, they were transformed into goblins!
Not only were the guards physically transformed, they behaved like goblins, too, and began hugging the guardy, splashing finger paints around and unraveling the befuddled Corporal's uniform cloak.
A bit later, when the three guards regained their senses (and physical appearance), they realized they were inside the Yattering's tree house.
Once they found the exit, the guards again gathered around the Corporal, trying to find out what had just happened to them -- mentioning the possibility the rotworm stew they had consumed for lunch might have been 'bad'. (Like rotworm stew is ever good?)
Ultimately, Guard Ric Flair, had to fess up ... the guards had pulled an April Fool's trick on their Corporal!
