Last Tuesday's All Shard Tavern Night featured a tour of the Blessed Areas of Baja, past and present.
Many immediately think of places like Avalon's fallen town hall, or the Justice Wedding Grove. But there are some smaller gems as well! Have you been to Meredith's Song and Tale shop or the Lumarian Bridges?
Nicholas the Old: The Lumarian Bridge was founded by Sara Ohm Galen Kai Tan.
Pasque: Originally, the bridge was made of boats!
Nicholas the Old: The Lumarians were a race of Sea Elves that claimed to be from a land known as Luminate. They inhabited the Eastern shores around Sacrifice. When they expanded westward, they would lock a bridge of ships here, using two more locked ships to prevent them from moving. The seers saw this and decided to bless them with a bridge.
After the tour of the areas of old, out-of-towners were treated to current wonders of Britannia: the sunken pirate ship in Davy Jones' Locker, and as a special treat, inside the Yattering's Tree, where the Yattering himself was home and mischievously social, popping in and out of shadows and calling Duchess WildStar of Dawn, "Red!" for reasons which are not worth mentioning in a news story.
Thanks to all who came to Tavern Night! A reminder that next Tuesday's Tavern night will be over on Chesapeake. The next Baja Tavern Night will be held Tuesday, July 6th.
