Beta testing for Lord of the Rings Online: Rise of Isengard is starting on July 27th. Beta Invites are being sent out randomly with a preference towards those who have already pre-ordered the RoI expansion.

So keep an eye on the e-mail addresses associated with your account and good luck on receiving an invite!
