[NEWS] Revert on Origin

While preparing the shards for the next publish we encountered an error that caused a revert to the Origin shard. The revert is approximately 5 hours. The engineers were able to quickly identify and resolve this issue and prevented it from happening to other shards. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Any idea what the bug was? Did it deal with the publish itself or was it something else?
