PaxLair Statehood Links To Hub

Please welcome the PaxLair Statehood to the hub. As it stands right now the
teleporter links to the Statehood hub in PaxOku. From that hub you can reach
PaxLair City, Dragons Watch City and Pitmuck. Thank you to Governor Winfield
for supplying the teleporter.

The hub was expanded once again and organized for better travel. This is
the maximum size the hub can be within the Blue Light Tavern. Should it
grow more in the future a new location will be chosen. Communities and
guilds are still able to add links to the hub should they wish to.
