Rules and Regulations Regarding Teleporters and Banners
by Kasaven
First, regarding recognition from the crown, these are the general labels placed on towns in respect to the number of homes within them.
1-4 Establishment
5-10 Village/Hamlet
11-20 Town
21-30 City
31-50 Kingdom/Empire/City-State
There must be a way to confirm that each home is part of the player run establishment, be it color-coded house signs, banners, establishments purpose within the town, and so on.
All recognized townships will need to petition the crown, regardless of their location. Even Ter Mur, for instance, as the crown will be the one granting the recognition. The crown also requires a town to state where its allegiance lies, with the crown, against the crown, or neutral. This will not effect teleporters or banners, this will give the crown an idea of how to interact with said town. (strictly RP/event purposes)
Those who wish to have a teleporter tile, along with their banner, at the fairgrounds, must be recommended by another township or player. You can do so by requesting a conference with the crown (Owain or Dawn, whichever is available, Owain having the authority by way of being part of the Queen’s Council). To Request a conference, place a message in the mailbox at the EM Wedding Office, or send feedback via the Event Website or email.
See regulations for banners in the book on top of the mailbox at the EM Wedding Office. Towns that wish to have banners at the fairgrounds are not required to also have teleporters.
Event books can be placed under your fairgrounds banner by the EM if given to him in a timely fashion or placed in the EM Wedding Office mailbox. Try to do so at least a week before your event(s).
Thanks to Chesapeake’s EMs, Mesanna, and those who took part in meetings on both shards for making all of this possible.
