Livery Quest
December 7, 2010
Bucking Horse Stables
North Britain
Players gathered last eve for another task dispersed by the realms Livery Guild as player ran communities around the realm work to garner the approval of "stations" in and around thier respective dwellings. Attendance was good as this event could well be the last of the year and the final level to be reached for several cities in order to meet thier goals.
Once inside the stablemaster Helga soon appeared mulling about tending to her duties around the Bucking Horse. It didnt take long before we angered the mistress as one slay horses in thier pens as Helga shouted for them to "Get Out!" After she composed herself a bit we were able to get down to business as Tancred Redstar of Gyldenfeld smoothed things over inquiring about Dodson's requests of those seeking admittance to the Livery Guild.
Helga went on to offer us the task for the evening. A simple essay of sorts. Each city and citizen in attendance were offered a blank book given 45 mins to explain in writing "Why there town or establishment deserved the designation of a station." Players eagerly set out to thier ink wells and quills to vouch for thier respective communities!
As the hour of ten pm drew near patrons filed to and froe to turn in thier submissions. As the last entry was received Helga let it be know she would require a bit of time to read the fine offerings and would soon let us know her recommendations by no later than Thursdays eve.
Best of luck to all who submitted essays for entry as well as those who've worked hard over the past few months to see this quest through. May we all be blessed with designation soon.........
