Freedom for Ocllo?

While arriving early to the township summit I found a very bizarre scene. Someone or someone's brought a pig, great heart and a bunch of sheep to the meeting room. They marked the pig with the name Queen Dawn, the sheep were marked with Queen Dawn's Subjects while the great heart was marked with Freedom for Ocllo. The person or persons responsible seem to be saying that the queen is a pig and her followers are nothing but a bunch of sheep. Who is this mysterious group and what is their agenda?

Rogue Scorpions have been spotted in many towns around the lands.
Seems that a few healers have disappeared during the time the scorpions are around.
Cheif Detective Sheffield has been spotted around the towns looking for information.
Anyone spotting the leader with a name of Widow Maker needs to contact the Volunteer Royal Guards.
