The following message (with drawings) was received at the News Desk from a scout from Baja's Girl Scout Troop Number One:
Oh my gosh.
Thanks so much
to everyone who came to our First Girl Scout Troop One Blood Bath! We had soooooooooo much fun, and hope everyone did too. Lookit how much fun we had! *There's a little arrow pointing to the picture, below*
Here's us before getting on the fishing boats. We're eating cookies and drinking milk and cider! It takes a lot of energy to pull in those big nets, so everyone's cramming in the calories for the big event.
We had everyone line up so that we could record the names of those who came down to help us fish! There were many people who joined us along the way (thank you all!).
Here are just a few of the names we were able to write down.
Capt Couverture
Dar
Handalf
Isabella
Blaze
Kajira
Amber Moon
Sluggy Freelance
Chief Oahu
Scally
James
Ken Katana
Fallen Angel
Shocker
Laeri
Ral
Mark the Brigand
Mama Faith
Espresso
Nicholas
Sonya
Count De'Floob
HVAC'r
and the hosts were us!
Girl Scout Flora
Girl Scout Tina
Girl Scout Neta
Girl Scout Marqi
Girl Scout Hilda
Girl Scout Edith
So, here we are. Setting sail. Each ship was named after one of those famous kinds of our Girl Scout Cookies! This one was the Snickerdoodle:
There was also the DoSiDo and the Tagalong and... uhhh... I forgot.
Anyway, we rounded the boats together, which was amazing because we're not exactly sea salts! THANKS to everyone for being patient with us while we got our stocking sea legs together. THEN, the BIG DROP! We started out easy, with just a bunch of green nets. But look at all the chaos we managed to cause! What a mess!
It was such a mess, that we had a hard time looting anything. We moved the ships over a little ways and started another round. Even more mess! This time, there were lots of big white sea monsters that ate up a lot of people (we're really sorry! hope it didn't hurt too bad!!) and so this is the ship tiller telling stories while we waited for folks to get rezzed and ready for more.
SCARY WHITE SEA CREATURES!!!! You were all so brave!!
We didn't find any anchors this trip, but we blame the fact that it was so hard to loot! We're already cooking ideas for the next one, so we hope you'll come along when we're ready to blast you all again. I mean. When we're ready for the pleasure of your company for some light sea faring and fish.
You survived over
a hundred and thirty nets!! Amazing!
Thanks to all and see you for the next Blood Bath!!
Thankye, Scouts! We look forward to your next report.
