The Wonders of the Wanderer

For this weeks edition of the wonders of the wanderer, we go once again to the wilderness of Ilshenar. Last week's edition took us to see the famed beekeeper who tends to make camp near the Ancient Wyrm's Lair high up in the mountains, and we have trekked on friends. After passing the treacherous crossing that is near the Ancient Citadel, my guide and I were able to make it to the desert gypsy camp that lies south of the Lake of Fire, Termir Flam. In our time spent there we heard all sorts of wonderful stories about the recent excavation of the HMS Poseidons Fury, but also a few darker tales of local folklore. One in particular is a story being passed around of gypsies vanishing in the night, never to be seen or heard from again. Of course, local superstition is never to be given too much sway in these cases, and we continued on.... [Original Posting]
