Both the Cooking and Mining portions of the Britannian Games will be held this weekend. Some slight changes have been made to both events from what was original proposed at the onset of the Games.
The Mining competition will no longer be a race to pull up and kill ore elementals. There simply aren't enough combat miners, these days. Instead it will be conducted like the lumberjack competition. Miners will have 1 hour to mine ore and turn it into us at collection boxes. You may not smelt, it must remain in ore form, the higher quality the ore the more points, based on the community collection scale.
The cooking competition will not be a race to bake cakes as previously mentioned. Players, instead, will not find out what they must cook until the event begins, at which point their order and ingredients will be provided.
Mining Competition - Sunday, June 6 at 7 pm CST. Meet at the Luna Fairgrounds.
