Some news from the Catskills EM Website:
A call to all anglers to grab their fishing poles and launch their boats this Sunday morning for the second event of the Fall Festival!
What? "Morning", you say? Of course! If my childhood taught me one thing, it is that rolling out of bed far earlier than you intended is the only way to properly start a day of fishing.
Registration is at the dock next to the "Oaken Oar" in Britain, Trammel. Registration opens at 9:45am with the tournament officially beginning at 10:15am, EST. You may register at any time after 9:45, but the tournament will end promptly at 11:15am. Any fish caught outside of this hour long window will not count.
Captains, if you take a crew to sea, be sure to be armed as with all the activity on the water as of late there is a chance you might happen upon an unpleasant surprise or two - or it might happen upon you.
Think you can land the biggest fish? Come prove it!
