Lord Candrin Devar:

He stood triumphant at the gates of Luna. Today was a day he had waited
many long years for. Candrin Devar, a paladin in training, had spent
many years training his skills in order to become part of the elite
paladins of Luna. As a child, living in Trinsic, he had always wanted to
be a paladin. At 16 he has begun to train as a Paladin in Trinsic.
Several years passed and the land of Malas had been discovered. In one
of the newly found cities, Luna, there were paladins able to use powers
never before heard of by the original Britannian paladins.

Candrin eventually moved to Luna at the age of 18 to begin training in
these holy powers the paladins here wielded. While he was an exceptional
fighter and skilled in using the holy abilities of a paladin, Candrin
was also told by his trainers that he also had an overzealous streak in
regards to his principles and the virtues. His overzealousness could
make him dangerous if he ever let it get out of control.

Now at the age of 23, the time had come, the time to finally receive his
long awaited title. He was called into the shrine room above the bank.
"Candrin, we're all proud of you" said the lead trainer. "You have
proven yourself skilled and principles enough to be a full fledged
paladin."
*he motioned to the white ankh in the room. "Kneel before the
ankh"

Candrin walked toward the ankh and kneeled. "You have proven your
ability to uphold and defend the virtues, but you also seem to be a bit
overzealous in how you defend them. Be careful not to become a danger to
yourself and those around you."
The old trainer walked up to the ankh.
"I now bestow upon you the powers of the light, rise up, Lord Candrin,
and be known as a Paladin of Virtue."

Candrin stood, grinning to himself. "Finally, after all these years..."
"Before you go, I would like to give you this."
The trainer brought out
a box from behind the altar. "These are holy armaments and should serve
you well wherever you may go."
Candrin opened the box and saw that
inside were white weapons and armor, blessed by the light of the virtues.
"Thank you, sir, I will treasure these." He closed the box. "Where will
you go now that you're no longer in training?"
Asked the old man. "Well,
that I don't know, maybe I'll just travel the lands till I find
something to do."
