As many readers are aware the 'news' had an unfortunate accident this week, so a fair bit of time had to be dedicated to cleaning that up.
The silver lining is:

• Added, under the 'News and Events' heading: News Archive, a chance to look back at the news of previous months and years.

Also on this week's agenda:
Do you 'google' with the custom search box on our main http://uo.stratics.com page and get a whole bunch of out-of-date pages?

• Tidying this up has resulted in slightly in excess of 100 re-direct entries being created to forward searchers to current, accurate information.
  • The older pages can be accessed by adding '_archive' to the file name. example: if you click the link http://uo.stratics.com/content/basics/spells.shtml you will be redirected. If you want to see the original file of that name use the url http://uo.stratics.com/content/basics/spells_archive.shtml

And finally

• The 'pic of the week' has been updated.

Mistral and Tempest remain elusive, Grim and Flurry stats are still unavailable. I'll offer a prize for this.

The first person to post screen prints of Mistral and Tempest and lore gumps for those, Grim and Flurry will receive a veteran reward of their choice up to and including year 10.

P.S. I've seen the pictures on uoguide - I won't pay out for copies 'borrowed' from their pages.

The prize was meant to be for the full set, however Yars has provided Flurry and Lord Gareth snapped Mistral for me last night. I will still provide a prize, but I can't do year 10 for 4 people. To have that many veteran rewards on my accounts I can't do better than year 9.

I have some screenshots/animal lore of Grim I can post taken from the EC Client.

I'm not sure if that will work for you...

If I recall last time you wanted some screenshots and I posted them with UOKR you were disappointed that they weren't take from the CC Client. I'm not sure how you feel about the EC Screenshots.

Let me know and I'll toss them up if you want. No reward needed.

I don't recall that at all. I can't imagine why I'd be disappointed in KR screenshots. Please feel free to remind me in a pm

Lore shots in any client are perfectly acceptable, since it's the figures we need to feed into the database.

If you want something cleaner than what I did let me know and I can email or send you in a better format for your record and you can rework to your liking.

You still need Tempest? I'll have to break out the Bard for that one...
