Order of Evacuation -Whispering Winds

In light of vast amount of Blackrock our agents have uncovered within the mines, and the destruction blackrock has wrought in both old Haven and Moonglow, I am ordering the full and IMMEDIATE evacuation of Whispering Winds of all non emergency personnel.

Temporary housing is being setup on the island of Skara Brae which has been determined as a safe zone from a projected "worst case scenario" blast radius. The Order Guard and Whispering Winds Militia will provide aid and protection to residents making the journey to the island Skara Brae.
