news articles pointing to wrong forum?

Is it just me, or are the recent Chesapeake news (UO Stratics Chesapeake News) article going to another forum, when you click on Discuss This Article? The PaxLair anniversary events schedule goes to:

And did the News articles stop loading/posting on this forum?
