Hello everyone, I don't know if this is the right place to post this, so please forgive me and delete my post if it isn't.

I do not play Ultima Online yet, but I plan to start playing soon. And I was planning on what would my character be, when i came across a question.

I want to be a Paladin or Necro/Warrior , but I have some doubts about it.

Does Enemy of One work on PvP too? I've searcherd everywhere and found people saying it is good for Pvm, but no mention about PvP.

Also, does Remove Curse dispell the effect of Blood Oath?

I can't answer the PvP question as I don't PvP, but the Remove Curse question I can. The answer should be yes. It was mentioned some time ago that the ability to remove Blood Oath with Remove Curse was supposed to have been added, but I haven't been anywhere in game yet to actually test that out.

Feel free to ask any questions you have both here and in the UO Players Corner forum, which is the forum for new players. We're all more than happy to answer any questions you might have. You might also post which shard you plan on joining. There's probably at least 1 or 2 people that would be happy to take you under their wing and explain the ins and outs of the game to you. The advice of a vet when you first start playing is invaluable and makes the learning curve much easier.

Enemy of One does not work in PvP, and Remove Curse removes Blood Oath. Which shard do you intend on playing? If you need help feel free to ask.

Just remember with Necro/Warrior, you will either need:

A. Regs in order to cast necro spells or you will need to

B. Run a 100% LRC suit, unless:

You just plan to move in vamp form. Necro is fun on templates but, is more advanced then chivalry in my opinion.

Chivalry you just need tithing points in order to use it...or any % of LRC to cast spells sometimes without it. I always carry at least 10,000 tithing points on all my melee fighters.

If you plan on PvPing with your character, you may want to consider Bushido. There's some good stuff about that skill in this forum or on the UO.stratics main page.

I was getting very bored with my paladin until I added Bushido into the mix. The skill goes VERY well with all of the paladin abilities and the hitting power you have when you combine the 2 is just about the best in the game.
