Newby crafter..simple questions..

Kinda new to this, have not crafted stuff for looong time. Questions are:
What is the most cost effective method of making:

1) Shadow Iron runic hammers ? What bod's should I keep for this one, and I assume drop the other ones in the trash bin? I ned these to make elemental weapons etc for reforging stuff.

2) POF pots? Same specifics as above, for obvious uses to POF items and maybe sell POFs to make life a little more affordable in UO..What BOD's should I keep and bribe up? Dont have much $$$ to bribe with to begin with lol.

Both UOguide and UO.com in the wiki have the information you are looking for. Look on the bulk order charts and see which bods give enough points to get the rewards you seek.

Simply put:

ALL BODs now show their point value for direct turn-in, and for banking.

With Banking points disabled, ANY BOD worth 450 or more points can be used for POF

With Banking points disabled, ANY BOD worth 550 or more points can be used for a Shadow Iron hammer.

So, a few BODs that had a low chance for POF or Shadow hammer no longer do so, but ALL of the formerly junk BODs higher than the old reward levels can now be used to claim a lower reward.

And, of course, if you have too many BODs for the hammers, you can always use those for POF as well.
