"Newbie" selling some cloth and leather

Well no, not really. I'm back after a two year break.
Apparently I had both soulstones and money in my house... So I need some money to get back on my feet. I got 1k normal leather and 100 bolts of cloth for sale.
Say 25k for the leather and 40k for the bolts, is that fair?
