I placed my first house some time ago, and now maybe looking to upgrade into something bigger!! I plan to demolish my existing and build new right over the top. My question is tho will my original house cost gold be refunded to the bank?

Please excuse if this has been asked before, i used the search function but was unable to get a decisive answer.

Yes you will get a full refund.

Clean out your house first and do not demolish your house but use the resize function.

Thank you guys for the responses!! This forum is awesome. You said use the resize function? What is the difference as opposed to demolishing?

Resizeing means only you can place there for a time until others can place.

If you just drop the house anyone can place there.
