Newbie blessed GM/Seer weddingband?

I collect GM/Seer wedding items.
I have quite a few rings, but a kind person gave me one tonight, that is not blessed. I have seen around 40-50 different wedding rings from seers and all have the blessed tag.
Does anyone have any information why this one isn't blessed? Is this one older and thus not blessed, but simply newbie?

The consequence of it not being blessed is that I can't lock it down, except in a bag.

Newbie = Blessed

and if its a Gold ring, then its more than likely a Seer one which normally didnt have blessed tags, the UO Magic Moments rings which were gold, silver, white etc all had blessed tags

i got one like that too in silver and i have had it since way before the magic moment wedding thingy..

But mine is newbiefied same as the rings with the random mumber gem rings and the christmas ornament set
