man those are cool but i dont think ur gonna get much for it as i hunted for 2 hrs and got like 30 of them.

I know they drop from the sprit armors and the shadow fiend of the unseen at the graveyards. Gotta loot them quick or anyone can grab it once the monster dies. Since they leave no corpse.
