New/Trial Accounts

Was gonna fire up a Trial account to see if it's worth me returning fully to Europa.

The website it sends you to in the links for accounts seems to be......broken?
So I went to reactivate my old account....nope this can't be reached either, just holds in loading phase forever like the Trial account button does.

Have you now fully been dumped by EA as they said they don't have anything to do with UO anymore so cannot help me.

I guess this Vet won't be returning after all :/

I just went to https://accounts.eamythic.com after reading this post and having issues myself. Try to sign in as normal and it just sits there forever nothing loads or signs in. Then I checked the trial button to try out making a new account. Same again, just sits there doing nothing. This is in Chrome on Win 7.

Well broken meaning it don't work.
It just sit's loading the page for hours until you hit the X button to close it.
Can't get to my old account either as it goes thru the same web pages that don't load.

My interest was tweaked again after seeing a recent Fb post about a take-over? by Broadsword. I wonder how many other vet's have thought to re-activate there old sub only to hit this wall then give up again?

Then timeouts for me after a minute or so.

Just cleared all my cache, cookes etc and reloaded. Still the same. Does look broken to me also.

Oh man don't open that can of worms! There are a good amount of different threads on this subject. Its down to personal choice really. Get them both installed, have a play around and see which one you like.
For the EC you should definitely check out "Pinco UI". For the classic client you probably want to check out UOAssist.
