New Thief Quest?

I know I read somewhere about a new Thief Quest on the upcoming publish.
I Thought this might be a reason to dust off my thief.
But I think I might have just dumped any snooping skill he had. Before I go to all the trouble to retrain I wanted to read up on this quest.

Also Your opinion as to whither or not it might be worth the trouble.
I am running at 115 stealth,115 stealing, and 0 snooping at the moment.

But I can't seem to find the post now.
Could anyone point me in the right direction ?

The quest info was from a cliloc spoilers thread for the first client patch associated with pub 72.

The quest could be a "surprise," or part of something being completed in a future publish.
