New Temp Idea (and questions)

I have an idea for a new template and wanted to pass it onto you guys before going further in gearing and such lol. Thinking more along the lines of a pvp character.

69.9 Magery (49.9 real, +20 bonus from crystalline)
120 Eval Int
69.9 Mysticism
120 Focus (100 real, +20 bonus from crystalline ring)
100 Spellweaving
100 Inscription
80 Chivalry
100 Anatomy

Basically I was looking to take advantage of the 4/6 casting for spellweaving and chivalry while being able to take advantage of the lower level magery and mysticism spells. Pixies and sleep and spells made more offensive with inscription. I have researched damage totals for mage spells and found that there is no damage difference as long as eval is 120. This is of course, from the uostratics damage calculators and I am hoping they are still correct.

Also, from what I have read, focus above 80 is the sole factor in alot of the myst spells, not the myst skill itself that would effect the damage/enhancement of the spells.

I was looking to run 4/6 with crystalline ring and alot of MR and LMC/LRC

Any flaws that one can forsee? Are the stratics damage calculators incorrect?
I dunno, seems fun as heck.

Some spells are affected by eval, some by magery.

Your greater heals won't heal for as much as you would with 120. Your chance to cure is also reduced but that's not such a big deal with pots and chiv. Your paralyze won't really be effective, and I think with 69.9 magery you will never fail at 4th level spells but have a chance to fail at 5th and above. Your chance to poison someone is also based on magery.

I think you'll fizzle most high level damage spells with only 69.9 mystic.

The template might be fine with low damage over time, but it lacks any potential for real burst damage. I don't really see you being able to much in PvP or PvM with it.

I've always found Inscription is better applied to high damage spells than low ones, with all the HPR suits people are using the extra damage from 4th circle and under is going to be negated.

I don't see why 80 Chiv, why not 55 or 105. Same with Spellweaving, why not 90 it still gives everything useful except Wildfire and WOD, though I can see that its easier to get a Focus 80-120 than it is 70-110.

The low skill for 4/6 (which I'm pretty sure you can do anyway for Spellweaving) is limiting your ability to combo too much, Spell Trigger, Spell Plague, Cleansing Wind, Explode, Ebolt, I think your Healing Stone will also be affected.

I think the idea is great but can be done just as well if not better without Chiv, and having full Mage/Myst.

With you're magery/mysticism that low you will be failing your 6th circle spells quite a bit. Not to mention your healing stone and cleansing winds will take major hits.
65 Chiv will get you the ability to res friends (albeit with lots of failing) and not much difference between that and 80 if you're not casting the higher level chiv spells.
You will also probably be hurting for mana.
