New Player House concept

Greetings Napa :) I happened upon on a New Player House concept and was wondering if there was interest in doing something similar on Napa? We have so many generous souls it feels like this is something we can accomplish. The informational books and way to request base equipment are awesome ideas. I also like the concept of having several chests that free equipment of decent quality can be donated in.

Thoughts?
