I hope i've well understand. The minor artys drop in backpack, killing all type of monster in Tokuno Islands? Like some times ago? Can I kill also a Kappa and i have a possibility to have a minor arty?
And please, someone can post a picture with the colours of new pigments?

Yes, the drops are in your pack just like in the past.

Can I kill also a Kappa and i have a possibility to have a minor arty?

Any creature, whether it be a Kappa, a frog, bird, Deathwatch Beetle, or anything else that moves.

And please, someone can post a picture with the colours of new pigments?

I have gotten a lesser tome from a kappa,so yes any mobile in Tokuno has the potential for a drop.
