Maybe someone can give you more detail on this but Chiv spells are based on Karma so combining Chiv and Necro is kinda like mixing oil and water.

I assume your goal is a Sampire? You need 90 necro for Vampiric embrace, so how about dropping the chiv and replacing it with healing?

I doubt that without spirit speak that the OP is planning on using a lot of necro spells, so most likely they are aiming for a sampire which requires 99 necro for vamp embrace. If this was a new char, I would start training chiv and necro first and just let focus and med rise. While your training those skills you can have a swampy bonding in the stables. Parry is easy to raise and there is some tips being discussed in the warrior forum for rapid gains. Once those skills are all worked up, remember to do the quests in New Haven for faster skill gains to 50, and from there, I would grab a fast weapon with mana and maybe life leach and head to the upper level of despise and fight the lizardmen. You can work bushido while gaining in swords, tactics, and anat.

The only problem with your template is that your too low in chiv to rez by sacrifice unless you carry items that you can equip when needed. I normally have 65 chiv but I use healing instead of parry. I'm not saying it is better, I just always had healing on all my fighters.

I think part of his problem may be his choice of weaponry. Bushido causes severe negative parry penalties when using a 1-handed weapon and a shield. If you're gonna run bushido, you need a 2-handed weapon (for best effective parry) or use a 1-handed weapon and NO shield (which of course leaves your hand open for things like potion use)

The skills are good, though Bushido appears to be a bit higher than most people run it in that sort of template. The Chivalry stuff is a bit weak at negative karma, but can still be useful.

With the right equipment, you might be able to squeeze Healing into the template, by lowering Bushido under 100, and using equipment bonuses (not just jewelry, but some of the armor pieces) to reduce the "real skill" amounts of some, but leaving the actual skill amounts the same (2 skills at +13 on each jewelry, +20 Necro from Midnight Bracers, and running 100 bushido & 67 Chivalry, would allow 90 Healing, which is where bandages are 100% for healing damage without fail)

The Stratics parry calculator shows that at 115 Bushido and GM parry you would have 5% chance to block if using a shield and one handed weapon, 28% if just using one handed weapon alone, and 32% if using a two handed weapon.
