New Operating System re EC Problem

moving from old computer using win XP to new machine using win 7...

Enhanced Client just installed file name is C:\Program Files (X86)\ . I can log into game, but cannot move ..... what does the (X86) mean and could that be the reason i am frozen?

Any help appreciated.

X86 got nothing to do with that you are frozen.



Program files X86 is for the 32 bit stuff. All normal on a 64 bit PC.



For being frozen, did everything patched fine?

couple of questions to try and trouble shoot.

which gpu do you have?
and does others move around you? or is the entire screen frozen?

Make sure to run it as administrator (right click for that option). A common mistake for people migrating from XP.

when you say you cant move have you tried to move with the arrow keys?
maybe its a mouse problem..
