Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain the new mempo as a minor from normal Tokuno spawn, or only Shadowlords? I haven't seen `Shadowlords only' stated anywhere...

My 1st came after 165 drops, when I got a drop.
Check this out though, in one week, I scored 2 mempos off a shadow lord using an archer.............go figure huh?
So, I'd find these shadow lords,.....usually at even hours,(6,8,10,12,2......and so on.....example, between 8:30-9 am
by lady of the snow in winter spur
By Mt Sho, somewhere around the lava pool
by the waste, generally south of the shack where the beetle sits.......
just go into war mode/cast a field spell, and you'll be hitting the thing.

Yes, it does spawn outside of the Shadowlords... FINALLY got one in the Yomatsu mines.

No mempo for me after about 500 drops then i got 2 after a week of shadowlords

I got one after 500+ drops from the mines, then had 2 drop within 10 minutes of each other in the dojo. I haven't even bothered with the SL's. I had enough cloaks stashed from Moonglow that I was able to avoid that morass altogether.
